Normally I hate to see players getting hurt or injured, but with Danilo Gallinari injuring his knee today; and potentially is OUT for the playoffs, your Rockets might want to try harder and get the #6 seed! You are only one game behind the Warriors for the #6 spot, and getting it means a chance to face the Nuggets without Gallinari. Good luck!

Tough and lucky win for LA!

The tough part is obvious. The Grizzlies are big and strong, and they closed the lane quite well overall.

The lucky part is, we gave up the ball so damn many times, as well as giving them open shot after open shot; and we still came away with a W. If Austin Daye and Bayless would've just made one more jumper each, we would've lost this one

The Nuggets are 35-3 at home all season! They simply have the BEST home record in the entire NBA, even better than the Heat. So don't feel too bad about this loss.

That's why I said you shouldn't feel too bad about that loss.

On the other hand, it is my turn to worry about the Lakers. They are again playing without Nash, and Blake is averaging 4.5 TO a game in the past 3 games!!! We got lucky beating the Grizzlies the other day, even though we committed a ton of stupid turnovers... but against the Clippers we definitely CANNOT afford to do that. They are MUCH quicker, and they simply can take advantage of whatever mistake you make.

Yet, I think as long as we can control the tempo (slow it down), and control the rebounding part of the game; we are in position to beat them.

He suffered a hip injury a few games ago, and he has been out for the last 3 already. The team is hoping he can return either the next game or the one after next.

The only good news for the Lakers is, we have one more game left than the Jazz on our remaining schedule. So in theory we can still catch up with them, especially if they manage to lose just ONE game the rest of the way. Either way, since the Lakers have ZERO first round pick this and the next year, so there is NO benefit in not making the playoffs. That means we can only lay it all out and try to get the #8 spot!

It depends... by that time the Rockets should be set for whatever position you are supposed to get, so it looks more like the Lakers will try to win that one more than the Rockets. Oh well... this is just not a good season for LA fans no matter how you look at it.
