who will be the next lakers coach? any clue? i really curious about it..

It is too early to tell who might take over Jackson. Like you might have heard already, assistant coach Brian Shaw is high on the list; for his familiarity of the triangle offense, as well as Kobe's intention to keep a continuity of the overall team structure going. Having said that, Shaw has no head coaching experience; so we will see how the Buss family will decide.

The next two names I heard are Mike Dunleavy and Rick Adelman. I am indifferent toward either though.

Personally though, I think current Cavs' coach Byron Scott's name will be mentioned sooner or later. He is a very good defensive minded coach, as well as a close friend of both Kobe and Fisher. The lack of defensive intensity is something the Lakers must address this summer going into next season, and Scott will or can certain that bring to the table. I think both Dunleavy and Adelman are too laid back to enforce a defensive identity for the Lakers.

Scott is a tongue in cheek good choice for me... while he is a former Laker, close to both Kobe and Fisher, and should give the team some stability; he is also famous for NOT getting along with his players after a while... J-Kidd, CP3... just to name a couple... we will see. One thing is for sure, it will be next to impossible to be the follow up act after Phil "Boy Toy" Jackson.

Little update:
East Conference Finals: Chicago Bulls vs Miami Heat
West Conference Finals: Dallas Mavericks vs Oklaholma City Thunder

Bulls win 1:0 in this series. It was a great game for the Bulls. Heat need to do better job at the paint and defensively.

chicago outscore heat in the paint, they pass more ball around as a team, do lesser mistake.
They seems like sending a message "we're the real contender" by this game.

Nothing anyone could do about Dirk today, not even Durant's 40pts! Wow! Game 1 reminds me of the 1988 second round, when both Bird and Wilkens were basically matching each other up point for point.

recently very busy. no time to see heat and bull game. 1st gme bull manage to slow LBJ down. what happen to game 2?

In game 2 the Bulls basically just went very cold (34% FG). The game was tight in the 4th qtr, but in the end somehow LBJ broke through, and by that time there was not much the Bulls could do... the way I see it, the Bulls don't need to make any huge adjustment for game 3, their game plan was good enough. They just need to make shots! For the Heat, they will need to come up with that SAME kind of energy for them to have a chance.

after 2 games 3 pts war.. today both team's 3pt down to the cold point...really sweat for dallas..almost repeat what happen to lakers before

完全唔明白在第四節剩餘三四分鐘時；OKC 在祇落後六分下，為何連續作出三個『浪射』攻勢，
反而唔繼續由當時勁 fit 的『西書』同學作個人爆破；而 KD 同學又絲毫沒有參與攻勢 ...
及至最後由 J. Terry 作 finishing ...

可惜！可惜！

OKC deserve to lose Game 3... down just 6pts with around 3 mins to go, why would you go for those home run shots? Or why weren't Harden nor KD even touched the ball?

The second thing I wanted to say is, it took me long enough, but I finally watched MJ's 69pts game in that MJ Ultimate Collection BD... and the Cavs had a live grizzlie bear doing a routine at a 2nd qtr TO?!

You are right, Collison did a very good defensive job on Dirk. I never thought he was capable of keeping up with Dirk's speed, and still be able to bother his shootings.

OKC finished already... after leading so many points can let dallas rally to OT and lost the game.. psychologically is a big impact to young OKC. their high TO rate make them pay for this series.

Totally agreed there! I watched the game, and OKC just couldn't find a rhythm after Harden got fouled out in the 4th qtr. Not only that, they blew so many defensive assignments afterward; like any other young teams, OKC's time will come but not this year, sorry, Kevin. Dirk is... wow! There is just no word for his performance! I wish them all the way! Go Mavs, beat the Heat!!
