100% agree, I lived in Melbourne for few years, try Flower Drum 2,3 times but I really can't feel is the best in the world. you are right, Fok Lam Moon even ar yat is much better.

Flower drum, to give its due credit, is quite good, but not the best; but it was voted as the best Chinese restaurant in the world by some eminent foreign publications (not Australian press). I really cannot remember which newspapers or magazines named it.

響確實味道與眾不同，雖然是調和威士忌……日本人其實很有先見之明，早於數十年前便開始於歐洲大舉買入優質木桶，所以近年出產愈來愈好，相反蘇格蘭因為木桶質量下降，大有被日本趕上之勢~~
