Honestly, if you are not drink a bottle costs more than 10k and you are there for high end tasting menu, please don't follow the newspaper. It looks good on paper but really stupid and overact in a restaurant.

Sure wine is very personal preference, but a good course can teach you to understand to style of particular region and variety, and also why wine has such a style.

You can save a lot of money from buying the wrong style of wine but frankly, it will take you many years to pay back the course fee.  It is more you like to know "why" or not.

Can't see all the labels, but seems very mixed, include CDP/Tavel (Southern Rhone), a Dolcetto (NW Italy), Oloroso (Sherry from Spain), a Tempranillo (spain?), Gamay (Beaujolais?), Macon (Burgundy)

I think this is too spread out.  The best way for tasting is to have a theme, like "Rhone wines", or "Pinot Noir from around the world" so you can compare and focus.

i can't make sure about that night, because my frds order some recommend in the menu

btw this restaurant not just sell wine, its also sell cheese so i think the recommend for who don't know cheese too XD
