吾好意思,因为内容比较techincal, 所以用英文
If Apple's 64-bits architecture is not important, why Samsung and others announce 64-bits right after Apple's introduction of the new iPhone 5s?
Here is the link to samsung's announcement:

64-bits CPU not only solve the RAM issue, math functions will be more accurate, data can move from memory in a larger size, and that mean faster processing speed. Registers are larger which mean it can do more work on each CPU cycle, same goes for address bus.
For users point of view, that means faster and more powerful apps, just look at the Infinite Blade III demo during Apple's introduction iPhone 5s event. with 64-bits, it can handle 3D much better, process video better and have a better overall experience.
Apple is now made available Xcode for developers so that developer can now re-compile and make it 64-bits compatible. However, it is not going to be the same for Android, which is depending on Java and the native app environment will need support from Oracle, 64- Android Kernel and a development environment that provide developers a seamless transition.
I have to agree that the iPhone 5s might not see too much of direct benefit in the next couple of months since app developers will takes time to dream up new and interesting apps but this is where Apple is still leading and innovating: they provide a path, a platform that allow their devices and developers to move forward to the future. The next iPad with be 64-bits and can have more RAM, that means much more powerful apps can be develop, future Apple TV can benefit this with audio and video encoding/decoding and processing, 4K display etc.
Making iOS 64-bits also will gives the future OS X and iOS interoperate which also a goal at Apple and can benefit users experience if they use Apple's platform.
Innovation does not necessary reflect on the spec or feature set, or even one particular model, it is long term vision of where the technology/user environment/developer environment heading!
