I don't think they will go too large as Samsung is slimming up the bezel of the phones, I'm pretty sure they can even fit a 5.5" inch screen in current Galaxy Note.
by the way, this is spec we should expected on the Galaxy S III! Exynos 5 is way too powerful u know!
Personally am using note now. I feel that for note 2, the led screen upgrade is good. Size wise at 5.3 inch is just nice. But it's a pity tat it's still dual core CPU. Was expecting something like a quart core.
again, like what I told before a 5.5" screen is not really a problem once they can put it into a slim-bezel design, similar to Samsung did on their newly laucnhed notebook/ultrabook. I believe Samsung will do it great on that...also I'd be satisfied on a Cortex-A15 dual core too, a Quad's is not really that necessary on a mobile. But the most i'm concerning is the battery, they have to figure out a way to solve that as the current Note's doesn't last long for continuous usage.

其實LTE已經係新標準, 之後既上價新種機款要行LTE都好應該~ 成5千銀唔係冇下嘛 ?
我估選用得note既人, 都應該唔會嫌太大掛~
