加歷查承認暫時不奢望成為英超爭標份子……

利物浦副隊長加歷查表示，他們不像曼城和車路士那般有錢，所以要慢慢重建球隊。

利物浦本季僅僅排名英超第八，甚至比同城宿敵愛華頓還要低1位，事實上他們已經連續三年未能打入前四了，對於這樣的豪門球會而言，這個成績真的令人難以接受。

加歷查認為利物浦無法透過買人，一下子提高實力，他們要慢慢打造一支王者之師：「我們不是曼城和車路士那種，可以一下子花2億歐元買人的球隊，或者我們打造球隊的速度有點慢，不過下一步我們的目標是重返歐聯。或者利物浦球迷不想聽到這樣的話，今時不同往日了，此時此刻，利物浦沒人期望奪得聯賽冠軍，不過我們都以打入前四位目標。」

紅軍日前解雇了領隊杜格利殊，目前正在物色新的主帥，加歷查認為執教利物浦是份崇高的工作。

「這是最崇高的工作之一，所以肯定有很大壓力，這是執教利物浦你必須面對的事情。我肯定有許多人對這份工作感興趣，但最終決定權在班主手上。」
