Most sauna and night clubs have Gwei Mui. But not sure about their service.
If you want freelance, you won't find them outside Lisboa anymore. Try DD2. But most of them are snobbish bitches!
In HK. If you are looking for Gwei Mui. 141 is a good source too (141 Search國籍：其他). You can also try Classified Ads in HK Mag (A free magazine for Expat). Discos in Wan Chai and Hotels Bar in Admiralty occationally has Gwei Mui. But mostly Columbians. They don't normally like Chinese customers because they afraid you are undercover police.
