In 3 months, Hang Seng has dropped 18.8% and 11.1% for last 4 weeks's trading. Thanks for any opinions.

Not, useless EU can fully control the Euro debts crisis hanging over the world.
We have to handle both Euro debts crisis,  US depression and China's stringent economic policy.
