There is one factor that we seem to forgot...

10 years ago the Asian economy is still heavily affected by the Asian Financial Crisis (started in 1997-8) follow by the burst of the dot com bottles in 2000.  If you are old enough, you should still remember that there is deflation and the term "負資產".  For those who are not old enough, the situation in HK/Asia is much worse than the Global Financial Crisis in 2007-8

條囡係2003年2月號"吉野王"雜誌做封面女郎，小弟好少買書睇，但經過報紙檔見到佢做封面，知道班大ching係timway討論區好紅，好多人去富都。後來將本書scan咗做圖片，佢的相重keep到依家。唔知點解貼唔到圖，有無ching敎下我點貼圖。
