We all know if the Heat are to win the title, they MUST win at least one in OKC. Missing this great opportunity could be bigger than everyone thinks, as no one can guarantee the Thunder would be coming out as "flat" as in the first half today going forward. I am NOT trying to stir anything up here, but if I were the Heat, this one hurts!
This one definitely hurt for the Heat so I have a feeling that they will come out aggressive in game 2. OKC will need to play like they did in the 2nd half all the way...
But, I have to got say... One game won and need 3 more wins... OKC, OKC, OKC, OKC, OKC....
Well, the Heat did come out and flat out beat the Thunder in the 1st quarter. Thunder can't keep playing like this. As well as they can come back and fight for the win but the Heat are just too good for that challenge.
Especially when the refs are not calling the game right (actually both sides but the main ones really hurt the Thunder tonight).
This one really hurt the way the game was called on top by terrible start for the Thunder. Now, regroup and play their best from now on for the rest of the series...
Like you said, the Heat simply came out beating the Thunder right off the bat! I am a bit disappointed at the Thunder for coming out flat THREE games in a row! Since game 6 of the WCF, the Thunder have been starting games terribly. They CANNOT continue this trend, or this series won't come back to OKC!
Miami is definitely playing more like a champ than OKC... Hat off to them tonight that they closed OKC.
Now it's win then go home to play another game or lose then go home for the summer for OKC in game 5.

Once again, despite his injury LBJ WON the game for the Heat. Without his 3-ptr near the end, this game could go either way. Not sure how seriously he is hurt, but if he is not effective or couldn't go for game 5, this series could easily be "prolonged" a bit more.
It was a bad play at the end on that foul after the jump-ball, a mistake, but Westbrook did keep the Thunder in the game by scoring 41 pts! I thought it was the bench, especially Harden, couldn't get the job done.
And, I was right on my prediction.
Since OKC has gotten to the playoffs these 3yrs. Whichever team beat them turned out to be the champ that year. LA did it the first year, Dallas did it last year and Miami this year...
Great season for my OKC and hopefully next year they will go a step further. Miami was my pick before the season started and proved that they are the best team in the Final. Congrats to Miami Heat and all the Heat's fans...
