新葡京酒店內的 Don Alfonso 1890是南義大利Sorrento的地中海菜式。義南烹調味道強烈而原始，在澳門Don Alfonso吃飯，真的有點像看見Capri小島。

澳門Don Alfonso 1890的客人一般不會太多，桌子間距離合適，裝飾典雅。華麗的水晶燈陣列，空間配置恰當，美而不俗豔。衣著是一般的smart casual便可以。

南意大利蕃茄湯配淡水小龍蝦及香草

脆葉釀玉桂忌廉及櫻桃

從環境來說，Alfonso比起舊葡京的Robuchon來得明亮而舒適，而義南菜不比細緻巴黎菜差。

good decor, and the placing of the dishes, quite elegant, but not sure about the quality of the food!

回以上各位大大：
我幫趁過澳門Alfonso兩次，還會再去。他們做的是典型的南義菜。味感甜、酸、鹹，咬口軟、爽...都很強烈。熱度控制得非常好。比較起來，法國南部菜比較柔和。巴黎菜就亂七八糟了。

這次連同廚師附送的試菜共有八個course。次序配搭的安排很出色。
沒配酒，一來沒quota，二來濃烈食物還是喝清水好。(順帶一提，新舊葡京餐廳的清水好喝，沒鹹味、黃泥味)

補上 -
拿玻里式燴黑豚豬柳配芥茉籽、杏仁及開心果肉卷

傳統螺絲粉伴地中海蜆及黃瓜

還有Cappuccino，petit five
吃得非常飽
