Joining the demonstration is something one entitled as of right in HK.  It doesn't mean 沖擊中區政 ...

We are youngster, the pillars of Hong Kong society, we are full of energy and passion in contributing our society. while we are doing something to change current imprefect situation, we should understand that the interaction of us and culture depends on what we done.

Deomonstration, a way to express yourself, also means you want to send a message to others and to Government, what message do you want to give our society? angry? violence? against to Police? If you want to send a positive message to our society, we should concern the quality of deomonstration. An example and quality demonstration is a between of freedom of speech, right of use of different road users and safety of each other.

Also, deomonstration makes a sharp point on the media, it could attract everyone's eye to your actions, but only limited message could be expressed through this way. In our education, we learn critical thinking, analytical minded. we are expected to take a holistic approach the world through family, work, friend and voluntary work, etc. Why do we need that? because we are not only focus on few topics, we are drawing a whole picture of Hong Kong's future prospectus. Have you read whole page of Financial Budget? Have you provide your opinion before publishment of FB? what contribution would you like to give our society?

life bro....nice to share with you, let's join our hands together for betterment of Hong Kong.

in fact i think most of us, including me,  haven't express our view/ opinion before the publication of the FB

what we are in fact doing is, may be treated as, shifting the burden to the FS

If the FB is fine, then we can justify for failing to give opinion as there is no need

if the FB is bad, then go and ask for a better one to shift the attraction for failing to give opinion beforehand

I am not saying that this FS is a good one, or even a fair one,

but what we should do is to do something appropriate

ok, go for demonstration, permission was given by the police, so the police has done their part

but how about the other side, block the roadway in a sudden, they need other to care about their feeling

but did they care about the feeling of those sitting inside the bus

police is a law enforcement agent, his duty is to enforce the law,

i don't think he should not arrest or charge you for committing an offence simply because you are kind of "express your view"

as recorded in the news interview, we can see that some people did clearly know what they were doing

and they should be the model of the rest

It appears that there is this presumption that the arrest of more than a hundred demonistrators at the N. Pt. Police Station had a co-relation with the ultmost entitlement of the rights of demonstration.  The conduct is neither unlawyful nor unconstitutional.  Just because some abuse the system, doesn't mean that the system shouldn't be implemented.  The general rule is that, if you don't use it, you won't have it any more.

I take the point that demonstration is not a means for conveying detailed message of oneself but historically and revolutionarily, it had been and has been a way to express the feelings of the public.  It exresses numbers, norms and feelings of totality of public when communication channels have been abused, baised and blocked.   The demonstration could have been civilized, peaceful and lawful.   It was about expression of the policy of the government generally, perhaps about some provisions of the FB.   One doesn't need to be know all and read all before expression.

I don't agreed that it is a general rule that "if you don't use it, you won't have it any more" But i do agree that if something is rarely use, people will review the necessity of the same, if it is concluded that it is useless then of course the same would be removed. But over the review, it is still found that the same should be remain then it won't be removed anyway

In fact I am not saying that demostration is not good, i agree that demostration is a way to express opinion, but it should be reasonable and rational. In this incident, demostratioin and gathering was permitted but someone suddenly blocked the roadway, what is the meaning for that, i believe that they did already have sufficient time and means to express their opinion
