If you have a strong genuine Anti-Virus Software, Don't worry about it.

You are either very stupid or very lucky if you have not yet been infected.
Know what a rootkit is ?  Can your genuine Anti-Virus Software detect any of them ?
AV only detects KNOWN virus/malware.

Only way to be sure there is No Trojan is to examine the SOURCE CODE of the program.
Can you do that ?
