abundently available in Antarctica under deep frozen sea/lakes
However, once retrieve onto earth level, wiil decompose into natural gas.
How can you store it? How can you transport it? The total cost is even higher than the enengy value. People had discover this form of energy decades ago but cannot think of a way to utilize it.
