I think vs Tottenham is much difficult than Man U , Man C, Chelsea and Arsenal

Liverpool FC ran out easy winners, 6-1, in their fifth-round FA Cup tie against Championship side Brighton and Hove Albion on Sunday. A hat trick of own goals and strikes from Skrtel, Carroll and Suarez saw the Anfield side cruise to a comfortable home win.

The Reds will now face fellow Premiership side Stoke City in the quarterfinals at Anfield for the right to play in the semifinals at Wembley.

LIVERPOOL HAVE WON THE CARLING CUP 2012. Cardiff City(2)2 - 2(3) Liverpool. Cruel blow for Cardiff. They had done so well to take it to penalties, but Liverpool are victorious. Both Gerrard's missed their penalties, but it was Anthony in the shirt of Cardiff whose miss was decisive. Liverpool's first trophy in six years and first since the return of Kenny Dalglish.
