Since thai/beach club have been closed and police crack down on many clubs.   It is increasing difficult to find bars with girls.  TFC website is no longer updating this year.

During a recent trip, I just searched for club or bar in google map and read reviews.   If the review is around 3.5 star and review contains hints then its probably a good fit.

I went to one thai and one vietnam PR club, PR costs 50MYR per hour, beer 110MYR per 6 bottles.  You can negotiate with PR if you want to take them out.  Its definitely more expensive than spa but quality is usually much better and you get some real chemistry.
