對於七十年代成長的一輩, 可能對某些年份會特別期盼, 例如當 1979 年, 我首次聽到 David Bowie 五年前在 Diamond Dogs 內的作品 1984, 從而令我認識到 George Orwell 的這本預言式小說, 但現實卻是在不久之後的幾年, 便迎來了中英聯合聲明, 並掀起了 1997 的序幕; 又例如坐在昔日偌大的戲院, 觀看著寛濶的大銀幕上映 Stanley Kubrick - 2001: a space odyssey 太空漫遊的震撼, 但轉眼間, 現在再回看, 作別了千禧年亦已經 21 載了, 時光流轉, 真的是稍縱即逝。
1982 年, 改編自 Philip K. Dick 的 1968 年小說 Do Androids Dream Of Electric Sheep ? 的黑色科幻電影, 由 Ridley Scott 執導, Harrsion Ford, Rutger Hauer, Sean Young, Edward James Olmos 領銜主演, 在其他華人地區可能各有不同的中文譯名, 好像 《 銀翼殺手 》便是其中之一, 但在香港本地, 這套電影是被譯作《 2020 》。
