根據此傷口看來，應該是被「一陽指」所傷

The exit wound looks different from the picture...and there isn't a lot of blood coming out (maybe  post-mortem) very strange.
Also.. how come the bullet hole is at the center of a circular dirt mark?

It could me the entry wound..and the black stuff is soot from the gunshot residue.

I think that's a shotgun contact wound.

It might not be a shotgun but it is a gunshot entry wound for sure.

Shotgun contact is pretty big...and it has many small abrasions around the entry point.
