【 本 報 訊 】 經 常 口 交 ， 除 會 增 加 感 染 性 病 的 風 險 ， 更 可 誘 發 頭 頸 癌 包 括 舌 癌 、 口 腔 癌 。 有 腫 瘤 科 醫 生 表 示 ， 近 年 口 交 引 發 的 頭 頸 癌 個 案 有 年 輕 化 趨 勢 ， 曾 有 一 名 年 約 30 歲 的 年 輕 女 病 人 患 上 舌 癌 到 養 和 醫 院 求 診 ， 分 析 患 者 的 生 活 習 慣 後 相 信 癌 症 是 由 口 交 引 發 。 另 外 ， 吸 煙 及 飲 酒 也 會 增 加 頭 頸 癌 風 險 。 　 記 者 ： 白 琳

養 和 醫 院 綜 合 腫 瘤 科 中 心 主 任 張 文 龍 指 出 ， 吸 煙 、 喝 酒 及 經 常 口 交 也 是 頭 頸 癌 的 高 危 一 族 。 口 交 可 傳 播 人 類 乳 頭 狀 瘤 病 毒 （ HPV ） ， 引 發 口 腔 癌 及 舌 癌 ， 但 與 喉 頭 、 聲 帶 及 下 厭 等 癌 症 的 相 關 性 則 較 低 。 他 引 述 外 國 研 究 指 ， 隨  口 交 在 年 輕 一 代 逐 漸 普 及 ， 口 交 引 發 頭 頸 癌 的 個 案 也 有 年 輕 化 趨 勢 。



延 誤 診 治 或 須 割 聲 帶



頭 頸 癌 患 者 陳 先 生 接 受 新 式 化 療 後 ， 頸 部 腫 瘤 由 直 徑 8 厘 米 縮 至 1.5 厘 米 。


張 文 龍 表 示 近 年 不 時 接 獲 與 口 交 有 關 的 頭 頸 癌 個 案 ， 其 中 最 年 輕 的 個 案 為 一 名 30 歲 出 頭 的 女 士 ， 相 信 因 經 常 口 交 而 患 上 舌 癌 。 他 表 示 理 論 上 子 宮 頸 癌 疫 苗 可 預 防 HPV 病 毒 感 染 ， 但 未 有 醫 學 數 據 證 實 疫 苗 可 預 防 HPV 引 發 的 頭 頸 癌 。
他 又 指 ， 口 交 引 發 的 頭 頸 癌 個 案 一 般 對 電 療 及 化 療 較 敏 感 ， 治 療 成 效 較 顯 著 ， 患 者 存 活 率 也 較 高 。 口 腔 癌 的 病 徵 包 括 口 腔 發 炎 ， 潰 瘍 的 黏 膜 多 數 呈 白 色 ， 與 「 飛 滋 」 相 似 ， 若 症 狀 持 續 數 周 應 接 受 檢 查 。 患 者 若 延 誤 診 治 ， 癌 細 胞 隨 時 侵 食 會 厭 ， 再 蔓 延 至 聲 帶 ， 病 人 或 須 割 聲 帶 保 命 。
本 港 每 年 約 有 1,600 宗 頭 頸 癌 新 症 ， 其 中 200 多 宗 屬 口 腔 癌 及 舌 癌 。 張 文 龍 指 ， 部 份 病 人 或 須 切 除 舌 頭 或 聲 帶 ， 但 大 多 數 人 難 以 接 受 ， 「 有  病 人 講 明 唔 好 掂 條  ， 話 講 唔 到  等 於 死 ， 割  聲 帶 就 要 發 電 聲 ， 病 人 就 變  機 械 人 。 」



新 療 法 減 死 亡 率 30%
近 年 引 入 新 式 化 療 藥 物 組 合 ， 即 在 傳 統 組 合 加 入 藥 物 多 西 紫 杉 醇 （ docetaxel ） ， 外 國 研 究 發 現 ， 八 成 使 用 新 療 法 的 患 者 可 在 治 療 後 三 年 內 保 留 聲 帶 ， 比 傳 統 的 57.6% 高 逾 兩 成 ； 新 療 法 的 患 者 生 存 期 中 位 數 達 70 個 月 ， 較 傳 統 增 加 40 個 月 ， 死 亡 率 也 可 減 30% 。 但 整 個 新 療 程 費 用 比 傳 統 高 三 萬 多 元 ， 而 且 毒 性 較 高 ， 增 加 白 血 球 過 低 的 風 險 。
煙 齡 逾 10 年 ， 今 年 56 歲 的 陳 先 生 ， 兩 年 前 發 現 頸 部 有 個 五 毫 子 般 大 的 腫 瘤 ， 初 時 在 內 地 接 受 針 刺 檢 查 時 測 不 出 癌 細 胞 ， 豈 料 腫 瘤 越 來 越 大 ， 兩 個 月 前 確 診 患 上 舌 癌 ， 並 擴 散 到 頸 部 淋 巴 ， 當 時 腫 瘤 直 徑 達 8 厘 米 。 他 接 受 兩 次 新 式 化 療 後 ， 腫 瘤 直 徑 已 縮 至 1.5 厘 米 。

Yes, I trust my BF and I used not to use dom to do the BJ and this satisfy him very much and I feel exciting too. But we do use dom when ML as this is not the right time to have baby ..................

I suggest those single male, when playing outside, should use condom when doing the BJ ........... play safe and live longer .......................

My BF and I do have plan and not to have kids in these 2 years ................ as we're trying hard to save money for "future expenses".........................that's the reason why we use the safe way to avoid having baby.

We only ML without dom on counting the 3 days before and after my MC. On these days, we'll do it every day and we both feel exciting and satisfied each other ................

I'm trying hard to keep my waist to 25" instead of 26.5 ................ that's why I do only enjoying the sandwich and 141 web during my lunch time ...................
