1987年，寵物店男孩Pet Shop Boys勇奪全英單曲榜三週冠軍的排行經典〈It's A Sin〉！這首被列為同年發行、專輯《Actually》的首支主打單曲，不但在英國、奧地利、德國、愛爾蘭、挪威瑞典、瑞士拿下單曲榜冠軍，更曾橫跨大 西洋、勇奪全美告示牌單曲榜Top 9與熱門舞曲榜Top 3。

這首歌僅花了主唱Neil Tennant個人15分鐘就完成歌詞創作的排行經典，也成為寵物店男孩Pet Shop Boys的第二支全英冠軍單曲，在他們歷屆巡演演出時，最常和〈West End Girls〉一同接續演唱。這首歌的音樂錄影帶，也是他們和大導Derek Jarma的首次實驗性合作！由主唱Neil Tennant飾演被捕的囚犯、鍵盤手Chris Lowe出演獄卒，再加上Ron Moody飾演法官，探討人性與信仰間的「七原罪Seven Deadly Sins」。
