I have been to Royal Garden, the girls were fat, old and not attractive.

Plenty of street walkers around entrance and lobby of Grace Hotel. Mainly from Middle East.

Better stick to Thai girls.

The Japanese and Koreans has been in BKK long before! The Japanese and Korean has been opening factories for over 30 years. Many Japanese and Korean ex-pat in BKK. there is a place  called Korean Plaza and Little Osaka which I visited many times for cheap authentic Japanese food.

The trend these days are independent travellers, no more package tours will bus load of costumes swamp in. Many be that is the reason why large entertainment complex are at demise.

Years ago there were Korean village in asoke and Japanese district already.
I think U are correct the main reason why it is flooded with japs and Korean is travelers not following tours
But I think another reason for the dying of Thai soapy massage is the close down of N shop this year.  Without N shop not many ppl visit the district

One time I went to Mixx, the place was flooded with Mainland Chinese because someone leak out that many Eastern European girls operating there at cheap price! The price of Eastern Europeans girls have surged up like crazy! Now if you want to pick up White girls, be sure not to let them know you are from Hong Kong (because they will charge you like a Mianland Chinese). Say you are Malaysian (But not Singaporian because they are rich too!) or Canadian.
