poor services

My friend went to this place many times before. On 10 Sept 2016 , at about 17.30 he went there again and encountered poor services. The lady was not willing to do her job . The manager did not want to know of any complaint. The total charge is 1600 B. Far too expensive for the quality and services provided. It is a place near China Town and the railway station

Bangkok is so large and has hundreds of Jap style oil massage parlours and Thai soapy parlours.

Why did your friend chose this so rundown China town massage parlour? Bad quality and bad services are expected.
