Provided that the girl does provide satisfactory services, normally for most of the times I give $100 tips to the girl as a token of appreciation (and motivation) for her work efforts and attitudes. Since the package price is already $1,8xx, the $100 tips only add an overhead cost of around 5% and is not really a big deal. (Or think in another way, the room attendant only delivers some tea and most customers give $20 tips. $100 tips to the girls are not really a significant amount in considerations of her efforts.)
On the hand, I really don't suggest other chings giving any tips amounts which are >$200 to the D1 girls. Why? Because it will totally distort the balanced ecosystem in D1, on the expectations of the D1 girls. It will cause final harms to all other chings who visit D1! (How D2 has now become is already a good example on this ...)
Understandably the girls are here for the good money, they can exaggerate whatever they like, just stand firm on your tipping policy. Tip only for good service proportionally.
