They all carry the same drivers for different devices. So if one works, the others work on that computer too.
Now, the differences
Ubuntu uses Gnome as Window Manager, which include a suite of software like mplayer, their own design of office suite, email, etc.
Kubuntu uses KDE, which is just like Gnome, but different software packages. KDE used to be the best because they have more multimedia packages.
Then Xubuntu, which uses Xfce4 as window manager. Simple, less bulky. |
