洋蔥五個 - 5 onions
牛油30克 - 30g of butter
紅酒 (蘋果汁) 1杯 - 1 cup of red wine (or apple juice)
麵粉1湯匙 - 1tbsp of plain flour
牛肉湯1.5公升 - 1.5L of beef stock
麝香草4條 - 4 sprigs of thyme
麵包6塊 - 6 slices of bread
格呂耶爾芝士 - Gruyere cheese
橄欖油適量 - Olive oil
鹽適量 - Salt
黑胡椒粉適量 - Pepper
