李國能馬道立表面上為司法獨立而出聲,事實是他們表明他們是終審法庭,不承認人大有釋法權,而港英時代,若不服仍可上訴英倫樞密院,相信他們必不承認，所以泛民全輕判乃馬道立故意放生反政府之流,以示我才是香港
的統治者，而非特首,或人大。律師未來是法官,宫官相佑，香港那能見公平？

1.  Have Li and Ma ever said that the Standing Committee of the National Congress has no right on final interpretation of the Basic Law?  
2.  Has this Committee ever denied the independence of judiciary in HK?  
3.  Does Chang Hsiao Ming have the authority to speak for this Committee?  
4.  Is wearing of wigs by judges in contrary to the Basic Law, which clearly adopts English common law as the basis of the HK legal system before 2047?  
5.  Does independence of administration, legislation, and judiciary not mean that all these three authorities should be involved in ruling HK?
