One important point that the video has missed (since it appear to be very analytic and professional) is our taste change as we drink more.  Typically beginners just look for fruity, easy to drink simple wine because they consider wine as just grape juice + alcohol.

As they drink more, they prefer more complexity, look for more details like balance, finish etc

For the experienced drinkers, they may even require "expression" of certain characteristics.

Just like when 鬼老 first eat Chinese food, they prefer 香口 dishes like sweet and soar ribs, bbq pork etc. and don't know how to enjoy steam fish until they have ate a lot of Chinese food.

that depends... what's the difference between top-end sound system and your $50 cheap chinese beat imitation? well, a lot people can't tell...

put it this way, I've got a copule Hermes shirts, but I still prefer wearing my HKS150 shirt everyday or the HKS20 t-shirt....
