(KPIX 5)Daniel Lui says Starbucks accused him of trying to steal trade secrets.A Starbucks executive allegedly accused an Asian customer of trying to steal trade secrets and take them to China.

San Francisco resident Daniel Lui was at a Seattle Starbucks when he says an executive approached him and said, "I wanted to let you know we’re very open with all our technology and all of our equipment, and if you want to take any of it to China you’re totally free to do that," CBS San Francisco reports.

Then the man reportedly added: "You can even get same-sourced beans, but you know what you can’t get in China? Our training."

Lui, who was on a business trip at the time, said he was shocked by the statements.

"My friend and I felt talked down to, misunderstood and just plain discriminated in that moment," Lui said in a Yelp review describing his experience. "And no — we don't want your training, especially if it includes talking down to your customers with racist jokes and paranoia."

Lui says the company later apologized and gave him a $50 credit on his rewards card. He also got a phone call from the Starbucks executive who had approached him.

"He actually  [confessed] to really thinking that we were from China and wanting to steal secrets," Lui told KPIX.

星巴克在中國大地上遍佈分店，賺取天文數字利潤，其管理流程方式已很透明公開，生意好賺自然大把人跟風，世上無永遠獨市生意，就算做超高科技都有人競爭，何況是賣咖啡，在中國大地上做生意得罪中國人只有倒自己的霉，这是很普通的常識，星巴x管理層应好自為之，否則只會由(星x克)摇身一变成為(星巴黑)。

Starfuxk coffee are not very nice anyway.

They used to have lots of shops in Sydney. After a few years, they are all gone because we have other shops making much better coffee than they can.

The point here is, American fu*ks are accusing and belittling the Chinese, therefore, it's time to boycott the sh*t out of them.  

Starbucks coffee really is no secret.  And many people know that there are many Starbucks in China.  They need Chinese people's business.  They need Chinese's money.  So why the hell talk sh*t other than to discriminate?

Funny thing is, not too many seem to care.

Don't worry, Australian were not accused by Starfuxk but their products speak for themselves. I have never seen such a spectacular failure of the whole brand from a multinational company. No one really boycott them for their attitude but for their lousy products. Of course this news should be published in China and see how the back lash will affect them. But it would be the franchisee who suffer, not the head company.
