IS擬擄途人斬首 澳洲反恐拘15人

澳洲政府把恐襲威脅提升至第二高警戒級別後數天，警方於周四天亮前派出逾八百人，分別在雪梨及布里斯班等地採取連串突擊行動，搜查十多處地點，扣留至少十五人，指他們與遜尼派激進組織「伊斯蘭國」（IS）恐怖分子有關連，計畫在雪梨街頭隨便抓一個路人，當眾斬首。

　　澳洲總理阿博特說，當局接到報指一名澳洲籍的伊斯蘭國高層成員，呼籲支持者執行「展演式殺戮」。

　　按照兇徒的計畫，他們在街上抓人後，會用伊斯蘭國的旗幟包裹他的身體，然後把他斬首，並把整個過程拍成影片公諸於世。據當地第七頻道電視台報道，斬首行動會在雪梨商業中心區Martin Place的街上進行。

　　總檢察長布蘭迪斯周四確認，下令執行這個街頭斬首拍片計畫的人，在阿富汗出生，並於澳洲住過一段時間，現在與伊拉克和利亞的伊斯蘭國合作。

　　根據周四保存的法庭檔案顯示，被點名為街頭斬首計畫的主謀，相信是伊斯蘭國在澳洲的最高層成員、三十三歲的巴利阿里（Mohammad Ali Baryalei）。

　　至於周四被捕的二十二歲Qmarjan Azari，已被落案控以恐怖主義相關的重罪，已於周四提堂。警方當天出動八百名執法人員，手持二十張搜查令，突擊搜查雪梨市郊十多處地點、布里斯班三處郊區和鄰近的洛根市多個地點，包括住宅單位。這是澳洲近年採取的最大規模反恐行動。　

　　調查人員鎖定了一批可疑人物，追蹤及監視了數個月，趁時機成熟把他們拘捕。官員說，當局如此大陣仗顯示出形勢嚴峻，恐襲威脅真正存在。

　　上周，洛根市警方曾在市內採取反恐突擊行動，搜查一間穆斯林書店和一個社區中心。警方日前也在布里斯班拘捕兩名男子，指他們準備前往利亞協助招募聖戰士。兩日後，政府便宣布把恐襲威脅由「中」提升至「高」，是現行四級制的第二高級別。

　　由於澳洲日前宣布派兵前往中東，支援美國對付伊斯蘭國武裝分子的行動，令澳洲成為高危的恐襲目標。

　　澳洲國內情報機構總監歐文表示，愈來愈多澳洲人前往利亞和伊拉克支持伊斯蘭國，令澳洲面對的恐襲威脅在過去一年持續上升。

　　布里斯班將於今年十一月舉行二十國集團（G20）峰會，到時美國總統奧巴馬等主要經濟體的領袖將會聚首一堂。警方較早時表示，未有證據顯示有人準備向高峰會施襲。

When the 維族 do the same thing, I believe you condemn the action instead.  Can your reason apply to them?  How about the action of the  藏族﹖ At least I am consist when such thing happen unlike people with double standard.

睇完依單新聞, 嘩.....  澳洲基本上都算中立國家.... 有幾何去打人呀...   但係（IS）都去....

You say all this is due to the biased of western media, I can claim that whatever you say is due to the biased of china media.   When the Uygur citizens and Tibetans turn to extremists they are bad guys and terrorists, but the other are due to the fault of western.  You point might be valid if the number are small but already you mention that it is a few hundreds.  So I wonder base on u logic what cause the Uygur/Tibetans willing to sacrificed their own lives, as already mention by you it is at least hundreds.

China had never bully those who are weak?  I wonder why most of china neighbor consider china as bully now.  Some u can claim that it is due to the west as they are close to west.  But how about those countries that are also unfriendly to the west, their majority citizens also view china as a bully/threat.  I assume you had to go through the history of recent South East Asia to have better understand.

Oh, miss out the point, since this post is about IS, do you know that IS had name China and not the west as their number one enemy on their statement.  So I wonder what is the reason, after all you already try to defend that they are not crazy/bad people but doing this with a result.  So it cannot be when they target the west they because they suffer but they target china they are terrorist right.
