伊斯蘭國危機：奧巴馬威脅對敘採取行動

美國總統奧巴馬說，他不會猶豫對敘利亞和伊拉克境內的伊斯蘭國民兵採取行動。

奧巴馬在對全國電視觀眾發表的直播講話中表示，任何威脅美國的團伙「都不會有安全的藏身之處」。

奧巴馬還宣佈，將向伊拉克派遣475名軍事顧問，但這些人並無戰鬥角色。

伊斯蘭聖戰者組織目前控制了敘利亞和伊拉克的大片地區。該組織在敘利亞城市拉卡組成了一個實際上的政府，雇用了一些官員和行政人員管理。

伊斯蘭聖戰組織民兵以殘暴著稱，他們還斬首敵人士兵和西方記者並播放斬首錄像。

美國總統奧巴馬提出的打擊伊斯蘭國的戰略要點是：

1）對伊斯蘭國目標展開系統的空襲打擊，不管這些目標在哪兒，包括敘利亞目標；

2）加強對打擊伊斯蘭國目標的盟國地面武裝的支持，但不包括敘利亞的阿薩德總統；

3）加大反恐力度，切斷伊斯蘭國的資金渠道，並阻止武裝人員前往中東參戰；

4）繼續對受到伊斯蘭國武裝衝突波及的平民提供人道主義援助。

為了對抗伊斯蘭國的武裝進犯，美國已對伊拉克的伊斯蘭國目標發動了150次空襲，並對伊拉克和庫爾德族武裝提供武器裝備。

奧巴馬總統發誓稱，美國將領導一個廣泛的聯盟，打擊伊斯蘭國。

他指出，美國將與伊拉克政府合作，不僅執行保護國民和人道主義援助的任務，而且要打擊伊斯蘭武裝「伊拉克和黎凡特伊斯蘭國」（即伊拉克「伊斯蘭國」的前稱）。

奧巴馬表示，他歡迎國會批准對伊斯蘭國的打擊計劃，但他亦同時表示，即使沒有國會授權，他也有對伊斯蘭國採取行動的權力。

奧巴馬在講話中排除了與敘利亞領導人阿薩德進行合作的可能，儘管阿薩德的部隊也參與了抗擊伊斯蘭國武裝的戰鬥。

奧巴馬說，「在抗擊伊拉克和黎凡特伊斯蘭國時，我們不能依賴恐嚇自己國民的阿薩德政權。這個政權已永遠失去了合法性。」

他指出，與此相反，美國將加強與敘利亞反對派的合作。

美國國務卿克里正在中東訪問，試圖建立一個抗擊伊斯蘭國武裝的聯盟。而奧巴馬的盟友正在爭取國會的支持。

俄警告美國不要空襲打擊敘境內極端武裝將「嚴重違反」國際法

俄羅斯警告說，美國若使用空襲手段打擊敘利亞境內的「伊斯蘭國」極端武裝將「嚴重違反」國際法。

俄羅斯外交部一名發言人說，沒有聯合國授權下的任何此類行動都是「侵略行為」。

美國國務卿克里目前正在沙特阿拉伯會晤阿拉伯領導人，希望組成一個打擊「伊斯蘭國」極端組織的廣泛聯盟。

早前，美國總統奧巴馬也表示，將會毫不猶豫地對敘利亞和伊拉克境內的「伊斯蘭國」極端武裝採取行動。

於此同時，敘利亞也再次警告說，美國在敘領土上採取空襲行動前必須同敘利亞政府協調。

敘利亞民族和解部長說「任何未經敘利亞政府許可情況下的行動都會被視為是對敘利亞本身的襲擊。」

上個月，敘利亞曾經提出幫助美國打擊「伊斯蘭國」。

美國至今已經向在伊拉克境內的「伊斯蘭國」極端武裝發起了超過150次空襲，並向伊拉克和庫爾德族武裝提供武器裝備。

But can't say this is right or wrong?  As many major war started, most example is World War 2 is that when no countries choose to take action when it can be contained.

I think not only American will step in, chances is that china might need to step in as  China oil companies current control more than 50% of the oil field in Iraq.

I doubt so, Europe is trying to break away from the US influence.  Russia and China which have their own interested and both want to be the big brother in this relationship.

These IS maniacs are nuts and crazy.    Beheading people?    Carving the captured's heart out and eat the heart raw/live?    THought this could happen in movies but oh well...these guys are simply unbelievable.

Not taking any side but this IS group should be destroyed for good.   If IS gets their wish and become stronger, it can only be bad for everybody.
