I guess you are referring to internal storage rather than RAM.

I faxed this problem before when using my Samsung Note. I even did factory reset twice but it happen few months later.

You don't need any third party apps or root. All you need to do is type *#9900#, go to delete dump state / logcat then bingo, solve!

Actually after research android tends to keep many log file which will take a lot of your storage space, you can't avoid it even moving everything to SD, this is how android is programme and run.

This is how I solve my problem last time and hope it helps.

那是內存，但也確是在2G RAM之內的問題。
因內存佔用了那2G RAM的位置。

Let's clear the storage first. I stop at jelly bean so not sure whether any change after that.

If you don't run many background apps, android will kill the programme when it needs memory, unlike windows. Just that androids takes too many RAM as they have too many background apps. You may try to close some in setting.

I googled some page, don't think is because kitkat problem. Could it be Zopo's programmer remove the command during writing the firmware?

Alternatively, you can try one app in play store to delete the logcat. Not sure it works or not but seems we have no other choice beside factory reset.

首先, android本身已比較食ram
第二, 唔同牌子的機, 都會有唔同的預載apps

用太太的手机再試 *#9900#,
也是說 You are not illegible to use this function

手机是台灣的華碩。

可能新一代的手机，已不能讓用戶這樣去刪內存了。
