Catalunya 除了是Cava的發源地外，Priorat亦是西班牙除了Rioja外，另一個DOCa (DOQ)，主要以種植Granacha及Carinena為主...另外，芝士是奶類製品，較重身，以同樣都係重身加上入過桶嘅白酒都好配合...

Priorat is still very underlooked, but now cab is also commonly used in the blend. Watsons got some Priorat at reasonable price.

It was estimated that Italy now still have about 1000 wine varieties being planted, but many of them are so local that Italians from nearby villages do not know their neighbours' variety. Very few of these are internationally known, sadly not because of the quality of the variety but because of the poor quality of viticulture and vinification that caused a bad reputation on these varieties.
