隨著世界盃臨近，國際足協為各支參賽球隊設計口號，並印在隊巴上。當中有一些口號的確能夠鼓舞人心，但有些卻是「得啖笑」，以下是部分參賽球隊的口號。
比利時：無法預測（Verwacht je aan het onmogelijke）（比利時費蘭德語）
澳洲：讓我們跳進歷史（Socceroos:hopping our way into history）
阿根廷：不只是球隊，我們是一個國家（Not just a team,we are a country）
英格蘭：一隊球隊的夢想，數以百萬計的心跳（The dream of one team,the heartbeat of millions）
巴西：站好！第6個冠軍即將到來！（Brace yourselves!The 6th is coming!）
俄羅斯：沒有人能趕上我們（No one can catch us）
荷蘭：真男人穿橙色（Real men wear orange）
法國：「不可能」不是法文（Impossible is not a French word）
喀麥隆：獅子仍是獅子（A lion remains lion）
日本：武士，是時候戰鬥！（Samurai,the time has come to fight!）
韓國：享受它，紅色兵團！（Enjoy it,Reds！）
哥斯達黎加：我的熱情是足球，我的優勢是人民，我的驕傲是哥斯達黎加（My passion is football,my strength is my people,my pride is Costa Rica）
意大利：讓世界盃塗上藍色（Let’s paint the FIFA World cup dream blue）
智利：智智智！利利利！加油智利！（Chi Chi Chi!Le Le Le!Go Chile！）
