LOL.  the name sandwich originated from england and there isn't even one from there on the list.
traditional england sandwich is the one i enjoyed the most when i traveling around the world.
of course it is debatable what is the traditional.
but i like 3 breads with egg on one side, smoked ham on the other with cucumber (totally british aint it) and sweet pickles.  now that last one get a lot of hotels going huh?  what?  u sure?
