有冇試過將條線直接由 ICABLE 嘅 MODEM 駁電腦得唔得呀

如果上唔到，一定要 CALL 有線搞

如果上到網，即係唔關有線事，係 ROUTER 嘅問題啦，建議換個 ROUTER 試吓

Q1. Can you access the iCable Modem when you connected the Router?
Q2. What is the IP Address you get from the PC when you connect to the router and iCable Modem?
You can use the command ipconfig /all to show the information.
If you can access the iCable Modem when you connected to the Router, you may need to check the DNS setting.

打電話去iCable,有專人幫你reset,除iCable有數家IPS好多時都有咁嘅問題. 唔使驚.

A1: can connect without router

If you get the 169。254。106。120, that means you may not get a proper IP address alocated by anybody.
The IP address 222。166。58。9 is a public IP address and it seems iCable gave a public IP address to a single device.
The way you should config your router should enable the routing function of your router (ie tick the DHCP function etc.)
Just check the manual of the router should have a simple way to have the instructions.

用開 icable 100M 加上tplink router 一路好好地，前日無法la la 攞唔到 wan 個 ip address. 電腦直駁 cabl ...

icable好衰，佢會detect你部腦既mac address 同埋
個computer id. 然後lock住
一般router 只能clone個mac address ,
clone 唔到部腦個computer id. 所以router唔用得

router set 死左 冇乜計，
調轉頭插多張network卡落部腦，
然後用部腦做gateway可能易的
