HK Law for Lying and Swearing

Can someone tell me what is the HK Law or Education Rules or Government Employee Discipline guideline say about Lying and Swearing.?
可否有边为大佬可以话我知，香港的LAW 或 教育局的规定 或 政府员工条例 在有关讲大话and讲粗口的。。。。。？


If i didnt read some of the members posting about the teacher issue, i have no idea lying and swearing seems like a death sentence in Hong Kong? .... so big deal...... on behalf of the children education, life time influence.... etc...

can someone tell me, if the parents lie or swear , will the children taken away from them? if the parent's friends lie or swear, will they terminate their friendship?  From many of the posting here, it make me feel like thats the way in Hong Kong?
Quite scary if that's the fact. ......


Not that i agree on lying and swearing, but who doesnt? Who doesnt in Hong Kong ? or any part of the human in the world?


Put aside this no so good attitude where everyone is doing.


What is the root cause , that no one is talking about? Why the teacher was acted as she was at that time on what? I respect her for having the guts to stand up to challenge the unfair. Regardless on any political view on any parties, dont anyone think that is bravery? The one who act. Will you act if you are there? She did. I might just look and feel not right and say nothing, but she stand up and challenge. How many of the members here dare to do so? Or just here to be hero and god to criticize how the teacher did wrong?  

Its my point of view. Like it or not, its totally depends on your political point of view in this forum i guess.

But just take it as neutral , if you see something unfair happening in front of you, act or not act?

What a disrespecting loser.

Useless dog acted like an idiot who were shot right to the point and speechless only know how to swear at the end.

What would the HK law say on this thing?
