Again, this is the sort of internet mis-information on health matters that got circulated by Taiwanese. Examples include: red wine soaked with onion, curry can prevent cancer etc. Totally without large valid studies to verify and at best anecdotal. This is like your next door neighbour having given a stock number and you blindly believe in it and put your money in it. The result? You should know.
These days, you should never take any piece of infornation from the internet seriously until you yourself have done some research to see if there are any large scaled studies having been conducted to prove it.
