Besides all this, there is also have three things we need to care about:1. the combination of the whole day we take, 2. wun take the same kind of breakfast everyday in order to avoid segmentation of absorption, 3. you body will let you know which is good or bad (cos everyone body is different, there is no one single way to get health.
