Sanado do not require gals to buy uniforms. Instead, every gals that came to work has to pay Sanado $100 (the amount was a few years old) per day for the uniform / make-up service etc. However, such fee will be waived if the gal do not have any "up room" business.
BTW, I also doubt if Eastern will try to save money by not washing the girls' clothes. There may be just about 30-40 girls at Eastern a day, so the saving is small. The downside is huge. When these news get known to customers (how can you keep the gals mouth shut?), they will get worried, and can spread through forums and what's app much faster than SARS.
If I want to save money, I will not wash the towels. They probably have over 100 customers per day and each use at least 10 towels.
