Noted with thanks. I rarely consume those ham, bacon, sausage, luncheon meat ......., they are not good for health. Therefore, I am used to take slices of wheat/brown bread+ banana from Monday to Friday, and bowl of macaroni with boiled potato/fried noodles + banana from Saturday to Sunday. Hot regular coffee is my regular beverage in the morning.  |
