A license Plate Flipper, is a device that, with the push of a button, flips your license plate to reveal a different one in 1.2-seconds. The thing was originally designed for not getting your license plate dirty when offroading or concealing your plate at a car show. But unfortunately, such a device has been abused so that the police would not come knocking at your door after you get busting doing something illegal with one of your license plate, i.e. the fake one.
I don't think installation of such a License Plate Flipper on a car is legitmate here in Hong Kong. Would any brother working in the legal profession enlighten us as to the legitimacy of installing such a device on a car ?
