1) that license plate is a Pennsylvania license plate
2) just an example: the state of California prohibits the exhibition of firearms or anything that looks like a firearm (including toy guns) out in the public, except for law enforcement.
3) gun laws in the U.S.A is very complicated, and each state has its own set of gun laws, so I'm not going to waste time posting it.
4) I don't want people (especially those outside of the United States) to get the impression that it's very easy to obtain firearms in America. It's far from the truth.
