Ford sync has caused a lot of trouble for drivers in the U.S., that's why their ratings dropped last year. The Ford myTouch and its underlying software, ford sync, developed with Microsoft, has major control issues and caused a lot of confusion for the users, now they are reworking the user interface after the ratings dropped
