禾試過超10%成唔成功, 刀係唔好攪佢, 新U就實夠用..
係刀遲多兩三年先超

目前不准备買VGA卡，因为ViewNX/CaptureNX 係唔识用GPU加速。
日後如果改用PhotoShop修图，咁就会買VGA卡

Have you considered a 27" screen? I bought a Dell H2713M (2560x 1440) IPS display, like the iMac 27" screen but no reflection. Very nice colour and hard to go back to 24" screen now. Perfect for photo editing.

I have an old 24" Dell IPS display, will see if that is suitable for photo edit

my brief comment:
1. mother board : GIGABYTE or ASUS around 1000-1500 is really good already.

2. CPU.. for photo edit.. i think even I5 is already enough except u want to make big poster at .AI format. Off course, I7 is better.

3.RAM 8G is good.. 16G is extra bonus.. as all photos will be stored in RAM for editing.. so more RAM is better. ( critical issue for photo editing )

4.Hard disk, SSD (install your windows and photo editing software and store your "ready to edit photos" there.. ( quick access speed, better performance ) + traditional HD (for data storage, processed photos )

5. fans..heat ventilation is important for high speed computer.
dont use the super cheap standard fans..they will overheat and stop work soon. And that's can burn your motherboard if the fans doesn't work.

6. Power supply.. very important. Standard power supply may overheat easily and malfunction easily. when u plug extra gear in USB, this takes extra power.. so the power supply should not limited to supply enough power for yr computer only, but it should supply enough power to anything connected to your computer..such as iphone + external harddisk...etc
