Jessica Ellen Cornish (born 27 March 1988), better known by her stage name Jessie J, is an English singer and songwriter. Jessie J is recognised for her unconventional musical and performance style that mixes soul vocals with contemporary R&B, pop, electropop, and hip-hop beats. She is definitely a rapidly emerging singing star in recent years.
There is another singer bearing a similar name and please do not confuse this English Jessie J with the American jazz musician Jessy J, or the American country singer Jessie James.
