Ginger and garlic should be the cooking ingredient for almost all Chinese cooking.you can reduce the salt for cooking and it's perfect for those with high blood pressure. I think onion is also very good for health. Herb like basil,parsley,lemon grass,thyme......are very good for cooking and very healthy too. |
