Now Austrailian government did not lower their interest rate in November. What will you think about their future?

It is very likely they will reduce it by 25 basis points next time it meets in December (2 weeks' time) and another 25 basis points early 2013. The Reserve Bank meets monthly and the above information is public knowledge to be highly likely move it will make.

This is what I heard too.

As expected, the Reserve Bank has reduce the office interest rate by 25 basis points, now at 3%.

Next meeting will be Feb 2013 to see if further reduction is necessary.
