I do not think so.  The property developer is deeply rooted in HK and has enjoyed excellent working relationship with HK Government. On the other hand, the government must show that they are doing something about the rising property value. Otherwise they will be in deep trouble.

美聯物業都唔係跌得好勁，仲以為佢會跌破3蚊。依家市盈率仲有20X以上，似乎投資者對樓市前景都唔係太悲觀。
