6盤環保露台限制晾衫-3戶收律師信

天X海在大廈公契訂明禁止露台天花裝「晾衫通」及懸掛衣物，最少3名業主因此收律師信，並被勸告使用隨樓附送的乾衣機。斥逾千萬元購買天宇海的業主不滿出錢買露台，卻無權高掛衣物，促發展商釋放露台晾衫權；有立法會議員亦直斥「離譜」，指環保露台不應設晾衫限制。
接獲律師信的天X海業主陳小姐表示，當初因見工作平台細小，且與廚房相連，不宜晾衫，故在露台天花裝「晾衫通」，結果於6月接到律師信，被要求拆除，管理公司更建議使用隨樓附送的乾衣機。「叫我用乾衣機，那不是不環保嗎?
另一名天X海業主黃先生，耗資1100萬元購買兩個合共約2000方呎的相連單位，同樣因在露台裝「晾衫通」被警告。「坦白說，我們確違反公契，但為何發展商要這樣寫？個露台和平台是我們真金白銀買的，只要無違反建築物條例及消防條例，我們都應有自由決定怎去用。」

好多『豪宅』真係唔俾喺露台、窗口晾衫呀!!!

好多屋苑都有禁止呢樣野,  遲早有官私打

有D就只係露台擺晾衫架,  可收起, 咁就無事

Yes, agree with uncle,

露台裝「晾衫通」---is like saying...'blow mei'..but if the occupier use the folding ones instead-im sure it should be fine.....to be honest, I see quite a lot of new developments do that...

and really, with the location and quality build nor the price?!?......天X海 can't really be classify as 豪宅?? ( I remembered it was selling around 5800HKD per sq when it was first released ) so unless new development are all called 豪宅?!

To be honest, if the occupier uses the folded ones instead, it shouldn't caused a lot of problem...as I guess you only do laundry 1/2 times a week???

Well, I don't dry clothings outdoor. I use dryer.

The key issue is the mutual covenent (大廈公契) signed when they bought their homes. If the clause is there to prohibit drying clothes in their balcony, they should respect what they have signed.
